What Patio Styles Are There?

Patio’s can fit to any shape or size plot in a garden. We can also install them on sloped gardens with a bit of extra preparation.

The way we normally work with clients is that they choose a slab that they like the look of from an online shop or builders merchant like Jewson, Marshalls or Bradstone etc. We can then discuss patterns and joint mixes.

Often, the simplest patios are the most effective allowing a neutral base for you to furnish with outdoor furniture, pot plants and other features.

How Much Does A Patio Cost?

We are happy to provide a free onsite survey and quotation so that you have an exact costing but it is possible to do a number of calculations yourself if you desire.

Start with the cost of your slabs and the same meterage of an aggregate like scalpings for a base. Add in the cost of sand and cement to lay and point-in. Include your average builder’s day rate which may be in the region of £100/M². Remember to include skip hire and digger hire for clearance purposes if there is some land to shift. Then finally some shingle, decorative stone, top soil or turf to blend it in to the garden.
